Crush Series by Lacey Weatherford Blog Tour

Lacey Weatherford KNOWS how to write an amazing book. Time after time I've dove into one of her stories and have been hit with countless emotions. I've been an emotional wreck after reading some of her books. This series, the Crush series, is one filled with drama but also some mystery in there. Starting off with Crush, book one. Here we meet Hunter and Cami. When you start to read it you expect it to be that normal, bad boy falls for the good girl type of romance story. But nope!! It's so much more than that. It turns out into this whole mystery and suspense type of book. That's what I love most about this series, it is NOT your typical romance story!! We get to see so many more sides to Hunter and Cami, and their relationship in both Smitten, book 2 and Love, book three. Each of those books shows us how their relationship develops but throws that mystery and suspense aspect into it. You will cry, you will laugh, you will scream... That's what Lacey's books do to you! I highly suggest this incredible series and this amazing author!! Her books are phenomenal and you will not regret it!!

Excerpt/Teaser from Love, book 3 in the series!

**LOVE Scene:

Ugh. I rolled my eyes. A ride? That is so not romantic, Hunter. It surprised me how easily I was reverting back to the name I originally knew him by. If he noticed at all, he didnt comment on it.

Whats romantic, then? How would you seduce me?

Pfft. Thats the easiest thing to do on the planet. Its not even a challenge.

Really? Then tell me. What would you do?

Mmm . . . lets see. I could brush my teeth, or my hair for that matter. Both of those have turned you on before. Washing dishes always seems to do it for you, too. Oh, and of course theres sweeping, vacuuming, and any time that I need to change my clothes. And,

Okay, okay. I get it. Im a horny bastard. He was grinning from ear to ear.

I wouldnt exactly use the term bastard. Maybe a sexual zealot.

Laughter burst from him, and he scooped me up in his arms and headed for the front door, continuing to chuckle the entire way.

What are you doing? I asked, unable to keep the smile off my face.

Carrying you off to bed with sexual zeal, he replied. Is that okay with you?

I see I can add talking to the list of things that turn you on.

He laughed again, kicking the door shut behind us as we entered the house. Yes, you can. Face it, Goody. Everything about you turns me on. Youre just gonna have to learn to live with it.

Hunter Wilder does not want a girlfriend—that would complicate his life way too much right now. He especially doesn’t want this girl, Miss-Goody-Two-Shoes, so how come he can’t keep his eyes off her? He tries to keep her at arms length, but fate seems to keep pushing them together. Before long, it’s obvious to everyone they’re crushing on each other.

As sparks begin to fly, Hunter finds himself sinking deeper and deeper into hot water. Soon he’s scrambling to keep Cami from discovering his dark secret—one that can destroy their entire relationship.

His contact happens to be a beautiful curvy girl who is the gang leader’s sister and he has to pose as her boyfriend. Communication with Cami is basically forbidden to help keep his cover.

Hunter, however, can’t stand being away from the girl he really loves, and he sneaks away one night to meet her across town. He doesn’t know the gang leader, Ripper, has suspicions about him already and he’s following him to see where he goes. He surprises Hunter and Cami, and Hunter quickly introduces her as his foster sister who is having some car trouble. He thinks all is well until he discovers he has one serious problem. Ripper likes Cami and decides to pursue her, drawing her into the same dangerous world he’s supposed to bring down.

Can he keep his cover without having Cami get caught in the crossfire? Will the two of them survive having to watch each other fake it in the arms of another? Or will their hot stolen kisses destroy everything?

Hi! I am Danielle live in Western New York with my husband and two sons. I never knew I had a dream to become a writer until I started becoming obsessed with reading in the last two years. The obsession began with Twilight and then matured to Fifty Shades. While used to reading mainstream best sellers, found a new love for indie authors. I love to do paintings related to the books I read and eventually turning into Pushy Girl Paintings and now do work for other indie writers and readers. My first book idea started from a dream I had one night and became obsessed with the story and started writing. Now having arguments with the people in my head and loving every moment of it, even when they take control of the story.

Second Chance by Annalisa Nicole

Annalisa Nicole has quickly moved up my list of favorite authors. Her books are so lovely, sweet and romantic but also filled with a bit of drama and angst (but not crazy dramatic). I have read her other two books in the Running Into Love series and have loved every one. Diving into this book, it was no different! You just can't help but fall for these characters, become attached to them and their problems.
Adrian and Shay have been separated. Well more like Shay has ran away. Then fate steps in and they end up being reunited. Shay is forced back home. Well you know sometimes second chances are just the thing that couples need. These two are just so attracted to one another, you could feel the passion between them when they were together. I just swooned and fell for Adrian so fast, he is like the PERFECT guy, showing just how much he cares and loved Shay. I just melted reading this book! Shay on the other hand, you just can't help but care and feel a connection for her. She is a strong and wonderful character, she takes on so much and cares for everyone.

Annalisa's books are filled with so much love and emotions that you can't help but fall in love with this wonderful author. This is not just a simple romance novel, you learn about family, trust, and second chances. I highly suggest you pick up this series and read about these wonderful couples. I have loved every single one of them!
Adrian Wellington was beyond devastated when his wife, Shay, left him seventeen years ago without warning or explanation. She filed for divorce and left town, right when he needed her most. He’s

since opened his own thriving business and has been going through the motions of day-to-day life, but not really living. He knows there’s just something missing, or rather someone.

Shay Bradshaw ran from the love of her life with a deep, dark, unforgivable secret. She took the cowardly way out and just disappeared. She moved across the country and as far away from the Wellington family as she could get, and the only man she’s ever loved. She made a promise to herself to never be the person she was all those years ago. She took with her the secret that she thought was hers to bear alone.

When Shay is forced to move back home to care for her mother, naturally karma would choose that time for their worlds to collide once again.

Can lightning strike a second time seventeen years later and bring two destined souls back together, or will Shay’s secret destroy their second chance?

The truth, although not what is seems, will set your heart free.

I am an “Indie” contemporary romance author. I live in California with my husband and two teenage boys. I love being a stay at home mom. My husband and I enjoy wine tasting and camping with our kids with our four wheelers in the middle of nowhere, where you can find me with my pink Ryder BB gun!

We have a handful of pets, a dog named Lucy (who is in my books) and a guinea pig named Flufy (my son spelled her name that way) and a cat who adopted us many years ago and has never left. She is a spoiled outdoor cat with her own two story house and a heated bed.

I never liked reading as a kid. I only started reading romance novels in the past few years. My Kindle and I are inseparable now. A thought occurred to me in December of 2012 that maybe I could write a romance novel. So I went to work with the encouragement of my husband and my sister-in-law. It didn’t take long to figure out that I really enjoyed writing.

Today I am a self published author and it has been an amazing journey. Email me at
